This was the second Expo we had attended, and the first we had exhibited at, said Salop Design & Engineering Ltd Director, Christopher Greenough.
There was such a great atmosphere, with people and businesses that wanted to connect and push forward the manufacturing success that the region is currently showing. It has been a very long time since I have seen this type of show, the buzz that surrounds it, and the optimism to show what the manufacturing sector can provide.
It is surely a testament to the effort put in, not just by the MIM team, but by the members and the people that attended. With this level on enthusiasm, the backing from Government with training and funding being made available for investments and new technologies, then the current trend of increased manufacturing outputs is only set to continue.
The Expo was a great success for us, we made real connections with people and businesses, that we will go on to turn into actual opportunities for the future if you didnt come to the show this year, make sure it is in your diary for next year.
